inkWallpaper Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bochao Jia ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information in the inkWallpaper application and its related services (collectively, the "App"). Please read it before using the App.

1. Information We Process

We process only the information needed to provide the App's account, wallpaper-creation, and support features:

• Account and profile information: account identifier, Sign in with Apple identifier, email address if you choose to add one, nickname, account status, and an optional profile image.
• Purchase and entitlement information: purchase transaction and credit-balance records needed to provide purchases, restore entitlements, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.
• Creation prompts and settings: text prompts, creation settings, and task status necessary to create content you request.
• User images and generated videos: an image you select for image-to-video creation or an optional profile image, the resulting video, thumbnails, and limited technical metadata such as file type, size, dimensions, duration, creation time, and deletion status.

2. Face Data and Images That May Contain Faces

An image you choose may contain one or more human faces. Under Apple's definition, an uploaded photo that contains a face may be Face Data. The App therefore may process Face Data contained in a profile image, an image-to-video source image, and a generated result that preserves the appearance of a person in such an image.

The App processes image pixels and limited file metadata only. It does not use ARKit, TrueDepth, face-recognition, facial-authentication, or identity-analysis APIs. We do not create or store face meshes, facial landmark maps, facial geometry, faceprints, biometric templates, face embeddings, or identity-recognition results.

If you authorize Sign in with Apple using Face ID or Touch ID, that authentication is handled by Apple and your device. The App receives only the authentication information supplied by Apple, such as an identity token or authorization code; it does not receive Face ID, Touch ID, or biometric data.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above only to:

• create, store, display, download, and delete the wallpaper content that you request;
• display and manage your optional profile image and account;
• run automated safety moderation for images and prompts;
• process purchases, credits, account security, fraud prevention, and customer-support requests; and
• maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.

We do not use Face Data or images that may contain faces for advertising, behavioral tracking, marketing, profiling, identity verification, surveillance, data brokerage, or any purpose unrelated to providing the requested App feature. We do not sell Face Data or use it to build a biometric database.

4. No Sharing of Your Creation Images or Videos With Other Users

The App does not provide a feature to publish, distribute, or make your uploaded image-to-video source images or generated videos available to other App users or to the public. Other users cannot view, download, copy, or use your private creation images or videos to create their own content.

Your optional profile image is used only for your account within the App and is not made publicly available. Do not upload a profile image or source image unless you have the right to use every person and item shown in it.

5. Service Providers, Storage, and International Transfers

We use service providers to operate the App. They receive only the information necessary to provide their service and may process it only for that purpose:

• Cloudflare: uploaded images and generated files are stored in private Cloudflare R2 object storage. Account, task, asset, and entitlement metadata are stored in Cloudflare D1. Files are transmitted using HTTPS and are served through authenticated, access-controlled App endpoints.
• Alibaba Cloud Content Moderation: when content moderation is configured, a selected image may be made available to Alibaba Cloud Content Moderation through a time-limited URL for automated content-safety review. The App is configured to use Alibaba Cloud's Singapore endpoint for this service.
• AI generation providers: to create an image-to-video result that you request, the App may send the selected source image and prompt to either Kling AI/Kuaishou or Volcengine Ark, depending on the available provider and service configuration. The App is configured to use Beijing endpoints for these providers. The source image is made available through a time-limited URL and is used only to generate your requested result.
• Apple: Apple processes Sign in with Apple authentication and in-app purchases under Apple's own privacy terms.

These providers are service providers, not advertising partners or data brokers. We do not permit them to use your images or Face Data for advertising, profiling, identity recognition, or unrelated purposes. We do not share your creation images or generated videos with advertisers, analytics providers, information resellers, or other App users.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Private source images, generated videos, and thumbnails: we schedule these files for deletion 30 days after upload or creation. You can delete a private creation earlier from the App. A scheduled maintenance process removes expired files and marks the related asset record as expired.
• Profile images: we retain an optional profile image until you replace it or delete your account.
• Account, task, purchase, and entitlement records: we retain these records while your account is active and delete them when you successfully delete your account, except where retention is required to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or prevent fraud.
• Third-party processing records: Alibaba Cloud's moderation console may retain moderation records for up to 30 days. Kling AI result URLs may remain available for up to 30 days. Volcengine Ark video task records may be available for up to 7 days and video URLs for up to 24 hours. These providers' handling of submitted requests and records is also governed by their applicable service terms and data-processing commitments.

When you delete your account, we delete your account profile, private assets, creation records, and associated files from our active systems. Deletion from a provider's systems is subject to that provider's retention period described above. A file already saved by you to your own device remains under your control.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can choose not to upload an image or profile image. You can delete private creations before the automatic deletion date, replace a profile image, and delete your account in the App. If you have questions about your information or need help exercising privacy rights available under applicable law, contact us using the details below.

You can withdraw your consent for future processing of a source image by deleting it or deleting your account. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed before withdrawal, including processing needed to finish an already submitted generation request or meet a legal obligation.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted HTTPS transmission, authenticated access to private App data, time-limited access URLs for service-provider processing, and deletion processes. No system is completely secure, and you should not upload content that you are not authorized to provide.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the App, our processing practices, or applicable law. We will post the updated Policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.

本隐私政策说明博超贾（“我们”）如何在墨灵壁纸（inkWallpaper）应用及其相关服务（统称“本 App”）中处理个人信息。请在使用本 App 前阅读本政策。

1. 我们处理的信息

我们仅处理提供账户、壁纸创作和支持功能所必需的信息：

• **账户和资料信息：**账户标识符、通过 Apple 登录获得的标识符、您选择添加的邮箱地址、昵称、账户状态以及可选的头像。
• **购买和权益信息：**提供购买、恢复权益、防范欺诈和客户支持所需的购买交易和积分余额记录。我们不会接收或存储完整的银行卡信息。
• **创作提示词和设置：**完成您请求的内容创作所需的文字提示词、创作设置和任务状态。
• **用户图片和生成视频：**您为图生视频选择的图片或可选头像、生成的视频、缩略图，以及有限的技术元数据，例如文件类型、大小、尺寸、时长、创建时间和删除状态。

2. 人脸数据和可能包含人脸的图片

您选择的图片可能包含一个或多个人脸。按照 Apple 的定义，包含人脸的上传照片可能属于人脸数据。因此，本 App 可能处理头像、图生视频源图片，以及保留该图片中人物外貌的生成结果中所包含的人脸数据。

本 App 仅处理图片像素和有限的文件元数据。我们不会使用 ARKit、TrueDepth、人脸识别、面部认证或身份分析 API；不会创建或存储人脸网格、面部关键点图、面部几何数据、人脸纹理、生物识别模板、人脸嵌入或身份识别结果。

如果您使用 Face ID 或 Touch ID 授权 Apple 登录，该认证完全由 Apple 和您的设备处理。本 App 仅接收 Apple 提供的认证信息，例如身份令牌或授权码；不会接收 Face ID、Touch ID 或其他生物识别数据。

3. 我们如何使用信息

我们仅将上述信息用于：

• 创建、存储、展示、下载和删除您请求的壁纸内容；
• 展示和管理您选择的头像及账户；
• 对图片和提示词执行自动化安全审核；
• 处理购买、积分、账户安全、防范欺诈和客户支持请求；以及
• 维护、保护、排查问题并改进本 App。

我们不会将人脸数据或可能包含人脸的图片用于广告、跨 App 跟踪、营销、画像、身份验证、监控、数据经纪或与所请求功能无关的用途。我们不会出售人脸数据，也不会使用其建立生物识别数据库。

4. 不向其他用户分享您的创作图片或视频

本 App 不提供将您上传的图生视频源图片或生成视频发布、分发或开放给其他 App 用户或公众访问的功能。其他用户无法查看、下载、复制或使用您的私有创作图片或视频来创作自己的内容。

您选择的头像仅在本 App 内用于您的账户，不会向公众开放。请勿上传您无权使用的、包含任何人物或物品的头像或源图片。

5. 服务提供商、存储和跨境传输

我们使用服务提供商运营本 App。它们仅接收提供相应服务所必需的信息，并且仅可为该目的处理这些信息：

• **Cloudflare：**上传图片和生成文件存储在私有的 Cloudflare R2 对象存储中。账户、任务、资产和权益元数据存储在 Cloudflare D1 中。文件通过 HTTPS 传输，并仅通过需要认证、受访问控制的 App 接口提供。
• **阿里云内容安全：**配置内容审核时，所选图片可能通过有时效限制的链接提供给阿里云内容安全进行自动化内容安全审核。本 App 已配置为使用阿里云新加坡端点提供此服务。
• **AI 生成服务商：**为生成您请求的图生视频结果，本 App 可能根据可用服务商和服务配置，将所选源图片和提示词发送至 Kling AI/快手或火山方舟。本 App 已配置为使用这些服务商的北京端点。源图片通过有时效限制的链接提供，并且仅用于生成您请求的结果。
• **Apple：**Apple 按其自身的隐私条款处理 Apple 登录认证和 App 内购买。

这些服务商是处理服务的提供者，并非广告合作伙伴或数据经纪商。我们不允许其将您的图片或人脸数据用于广告、画像、身份识别或无关用途。我们不会将您的创作图片或生成视频分享给广告商、分析服务商、信息转售方或其他 App 用户。

6. 保留和删除

我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所需的期限内保留信息：

• **私有源图片、生成视频和缩略图：**我们会在上传或创建 30 天后将这些文件列入删除计划。您可以在 App 内提前删除私有创作内容。定期维护任务会删除到期文件，并将相关资产记录标记为已过期。
• **头像：**我们会保留可选头像，直至您更换头像或删除账户。
• **账户、任务、购买和权益记录：**我们在您的账户处于活跃状态时保留这些记录；在您成功删除账户后删除，但法律义务、争议解决或防范欺诈所必需的保留除外。
• **第三方处理记录：**阿里云审核控制台可能最多保留审核记录 30 天。Kling AI 的结果链接最多可能保留 30 天。火山方舟的视频任务记录最多可能保留 7 天，视频链接最多可能保留 24 小时。该等服务商对已提交请求和记录的处理也受其适用服务条款和数据处理承诺的约束。

当您删除账户时，我们会从活跃系统中删除您的账户资料、私有资产、创作记录和关联文件。服务商系统中的删除受上述服务商保留期限约束。您已自行保存到设备的文件仍由您控制。

7. 您的选择和权利

您可以选择不上传图片或头像。您可以在自动删除日期之前删除私有创作内容、更换头像，并在 App 内删除账户。如果您对您的信息有疑问，或需要协助行使适用法律赋予的隐私权利，请通过下方联系方式与我们联系。

您可以通过删除源图片或删除账户，撤回对该源图片未来处理的同意。撤回不会影响撤回前已经完成的处理，包括完成已提交的生成请求或履行法律义务所必需的处理。

8. 安全

我们采取合理的技术和组织措施保护信息，包括 HTTPS 加密传输、对私有 App 数据的认证访问、供服务商处理的有时效限制访问链接以及删除流程。任何系统都无法保证绝对安全；请勿上传您无权提供的内容。

9. 本政策的变更

我们可能会因本 App、处理方式或适用法律的变化而更新本政策。更新后，我们会在本页面发布新版本并修改“最后更新日期”。如法律要求，我们会在重大变更生效前提供额外通知或取得同意。
